    To request a repair, please select the desired service and complete the form we will send you after payment is received. Send the completed form along with your shoes to the following address: Pipen 5, 39031 Bruneck, South Tyrol, Italy.

    Once we receive your form along with your shoes, we will begin the repair process immediately. You can expect completion within 5 business days.
