I. PURCHASE AND SHIPPING TO THE WORKSHOP
To order a repair or adjustment of your insoles, please select the desired service and fill out the corresponding form. Send the form together with your insoles to: Pipen 5, 39031 Bruneck, South Tyrol, Italy.
II. PRODUCTION OF YOUR INSOLE REPROCESSING
As soon as we receive your form together with the inserts, we will start processing it immediately. You can expect completion within 3 working days.
III. INSOLES LIKE NEW
Once the processing is complete, your insoles will be sent back to you immediately. This means you can quickly enjoy the comfort and optimal support you are used to again and at the same time make a valuable contribution to sustainability.
The processing time for preparing your insoles includes shipping to us , professional reworking within 3 working days and return shipping. In total, you should expect a processing time of around 5-8 working days.
